Deondre Moore was diagnosed with HIV at the age of nineteen, and has dedicated himself to the promotion of peer and community HIV education and prevention. He is a Greater Than AIDS ambassador, a member of the SpeakOut Advisory Committee, a Youth Leader on The national minority AIDS council's Youth initiative, and the health Chairman of Sam Houston's NAACP. He is currently enrolled as a junior at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, where he is completing a degree in Human Resources Management.
